Introduction

Widely approved to be used in food and beverages by most countries, in the European Union, it is known by the E number E961, also been approved to used in pharma industry as excipients and feed industry as sweetener.
Functions and Applications
Neotame Powder is a nocalorie sweetener, which is a derivative of the dipeptide composed of the amino acidaspartic acid and phenylalanine. The components of neotame are joined together to form a uniquely sweet ingredient.
