Description

Naringin dihydrochalcone (Naringin DC) is a new-style sweetening agent derived from naringin, a bioflavonoid naturally occured in citrus. It is 500-700 times sweeter than sucrose. Due to its many advantages like high sweet taste, low caloric, innocuity and safety, naringin dihydrochalcone can be used in the fields of food, medicine and health care products. Naringin DC tastes clean mouthfeel, displays long aftertaste and special faint scent and owns fine virtue of shielding bitterness.
