Sorbitol
Sorbitol , less commonly known as glucitol, is a sugar alcohol with a sweet taste which the human body metabolizes slowly. It can be obtained by reduction of glucose, which changes the aldehyde group to a hydroxyl group. Most sorbitol is made from corn syrup, but it is also found in nature, for example in apples, pears, peaches, and prunes.
Stevia
Stevia, a modern natural sweetener extracted from stevia, is also be named as stevia sugar. Stevioside features high sweetness and low calorie and its sweetness is 200-350 times of that of cane sugar but its calorie is only 1/300 of that of cane sugar.
Sucralose
Sucralose is a zero-calorie sugar substitute artificial sweetener. In the European Union, it is also known under the E number (additive code) E955. Sucralose is approximately 600 times as sweet as sucrose (table sugar), twice as sweet as saccharin, and 3.3 times as sweet as aspartame.
Sodium-cyclamate CAS 139-05-9
Having a pure sweet taste, Sodium Cyclamate is the artificial sweetener with a great consumption, whose sweetness is usually considered to be as 30 times as saccharose's. Sodium Cyclamate is a vital product of our food additives and food ingredients. Sodium Cyclamate can be widely used.
Xylitol
Xylitol is a naturally-occurring 5-carbon polyol sweetener. It is found in fruits and vegetables, and is even produced by the human body itself.
